Below you will find the identity of Cardonaut SAS, its host, and useful information for any question relating to our Services. In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of French Law n° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy ("LCEN"), users of the Cardonaut mobile applications (iOS and Android) as well as visitors to the corporate website cardonaut.com are hereby informed of the identity of the various parties involved in their production and follow-up.

3. Hosting

In accordance with article 6-III, 1° of the LCEN, the identity of the host is provided below.

3.1. Sole host of the Services

All Cardonaut Services (NestJS back-end, MongoDB database, Meilisearch search engine, AI scanning services, monitoring, corporate website cardonaut.com, support infrastructure for the iOS and Android mobile applications, integrated sale of TCG products in the app) are hosted by:

3.2. Distribution of mobile applications

The Cardonaut mobile applications are distributed via:

• Apple Distribution International Ltd, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland — for the iOS App Store;
• Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — for the Google Play Store.

These third parties act as distributors and are neither publishers nor hosts of the Services within the meaning of the LCEN.

4. Business activity

Cardonaut SAS operates an activity of:

• Publishing mobile applications for scanning, collection management and the marketplace of trading cards;
• In-app sale of products related to trading card games ("TCG"): boosters, displays, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB), preconstructed decks, single cards, accessories (sleeves, binders, deckboxes, playmats);
• Associated services: smart conversational assistant ("Cardo IA"), artificial-intelligence pipeline for visual card recognition, gamification tools.

Important — Independence from publishers

Cardonaut is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the publishers of the games referenced, in particular:

• The Pokémon Company International
• Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro (Magic: The Gathering)
• Bandai (One Piece TCG)
• Konami (Yu-Gi-Oh!)
• Disney / Ravensburger (Lorcana)
• Bushiroad (Weiß Schwarz)

All trademarks, logos and trade names appearing within the Services belong to their respective owners and are reproduced for documentary, descriptive and reference purposes, within the limits of articles L.713-6 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Services (text, illustrations, logos, graphic charter, source code, databases, "Cardonaut" trademark) are the exclusive property of Cardonaut SAS or are subject to a licence to operate them in its favour, with the exception of content belonging to third parties (in particular the visuals and names of TCG cards, which remain the property of their respective publishers).

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from Cardonaut SAS, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to proceedings under the French Intellectual Property Code (in particular articles L.335-2 and L.713-2).

Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 ("GDPR") and amended French Law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (the "French Data Protection Act"), the controller of the personal data collected via the Services is:

7. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding "the consumer dispute mediation process", after contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of resorting free of charge to a consumer mediation procedure with:

The mediator must be approached within a period of one (1) year from the date of your prior written complaint addressed to Cardonaut SAS.

Note: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was closed on July 20, 2025. No referral is possible through this platform.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Legal Notices are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute with a consumer residing in a Member State of the European Union, the jurisdiction rules of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of December 12, 2012, known as "Brussels I bis", apply: the consumer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the courts of the place where they are domiciled or before the courts of the domicile of Cardonaut SAS (competent Court in Toulouse, France).

9. Information relating to the Digital Services Act (DSA)

Pursuant to articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of October 19, 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services (the "DSA"), Cardonaut SAS, in its capacity as a provider of intermediary services, makes available to the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, as well as to any recipient of the Services, a single point of contact:

This single point of contact allows for direct and rapid communication concerning the application of the DSA to the Cardonaut Services.

10. Information relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR / French AGEC Law)

Pursuant to French Law n° 2020-105 of February 10, 2020 on combating waste and the circular economy ("AGEC Law"), Cardonaut SAS is currently in the process of registering with the eco-organisation CITEO for the "household packaging" stream, corresponding to the shipping packaging (cardboard boxes, bags, blisters) used to deliver its products.

The unique identifier assigned by CITEO will be published in these Legal Notices upon receipt (within eight working days of approval of the membership).

Complementary streams under review: the "toys" stream (Ecomaison) may apply to certain products in the Cardonaut catalogue depending on their official categorisation. This section will be updated where applicable.
